1996
- In March of '96 the first office for SC Southampton is opened
and within that year achieved national ranking in MRI as a top
performing rookie office. George Robert and Cathy Fox join the
organization to lead the companies growing interest in the Security
Industry and Computer Telephony sector of the Telecommunications
industry. |

1997-1998
- The office continues to expand the staff and crosses into
new industry specializations. Financial Services and Banking
Technology become a major specialty of the company along with
the Global Outsourcing Industry. Devon Sajeski joins the firm
to manage the growing number of priority multi-position recruiting
projects. |

1999
- January '00 the team at SC Southampton is awarded President
Club status for record billings in FY99. The company increases
market penetration in their specialty areas and has become a
major resource to industry insiders. |

2000
- December of '00 SC Southampton moves into its new expanded
location to better serve clients and to keep pace with the growth
of the team. SC Southampton is awarded the Presidents Club status
for outstanding achievements in the MRI network. |

2001
- January '01, SC Southampton is awarded President Club status
for record achievements in the MRI network. |
|
2002
- SC Southampton continues working with candidates and clients
that begin to move forward after the events of September 11,
2001. SC Southampton once again, is awarded the Presidents Club
status. |

2003
- SC Southampton continues its path of leadership in the markets
served and records a record increase of 47% in total revenues.
Much of this business is with new clients developed in the existing
markets served. |

2004
- SC Southampton has continued expanding into contiguous industries
and countries with two successful placements in Sao Paulo, Brazil. |
|
2005
- SC Southampton deepens its leadership role in the industries
served in the USA and records it first placement in Hong Kong.
The companies' growth supports relocation to a new corporate
headquarters suite, concurrently our new branding effort is
successfully rolled out, MRINetwork™. |
